This enables the company’s ability in being up to date with the market. Moreover, in order to enhance efficiency the staff are sent to the manufacturer’s venues on a regular basis for in-house training, orientation courses and the latest exhibitions held in Europe.
To ensure trouble free operations of major equipment’s supplied by us, we undertake the responsibility of sending staff from the concerned organizations for “on site” training at manufacturer site
Whenever possible we send representatives of our clients for such events at our expenses. We also contribute to major Exhibitions, Seminars & as and when requested to do so by the government departments. The organization has a well established set up of Biomedical Engineering service center in order to provide after sales service support to the customer
- Develop and continually improve the Quality Management System
- Ensure that the customer needs and expectations are determined and fulfilled with the aim of achieving and continually improving the customer satisfaction
- Ensures that all potential internal and external issues that are relevant to the purpose and the strategic direction of ALI AL SUWAIDI TRADING ESTABLISHMENT and that affect its ability to achieve the intended result(s) of its Quality
- Management System are determined and addressed with appropriate risk control methods based the concept of Risk based thinking.
- Ensures effective communication through-out the Organization to inculcate the importance of meeting the customer needs and legal requirements.
- Ensure that the resources needed are determined and provided for the effective implementation of Quality Management System.
- Ensures quality objectives are established at relevant functions and the performance of Quality Management system is improved continually.
